I ordinarily have MUCH more problem with the things people do with their cars while they're driving them than I do with how they park them, but what gets my ire up like nothing else is the douchebags at the bank who can't be bothered to actually find a parking spot like everyone else and instead decide to just pull up and park IN THE FARKING TRAFFIC LANE while they walk up and use the ATM. So, let me get the logic behind this -- if you park where no car is supposed to park, you are causing an obstruction, and you may be preventing disabled people or emergency services from having access to that bit of pavement. So the obvious answer to this problem is to put a clamp on the car, thereby insuring that the obstruction will be there for at least one hour longer?

Nice to see that parking enforcement isn't any smarter in the UK than anywhere else in the world.
