I saw Zombie live once.
It sucked.
Good for his band.
Ozzy kicks ass.

Relax, Rob - Ozzy will be dead in, what, two, three years? Then those schmucks will be looking for work once again.

I thought Rob was busy making terrible movies now?

No - he may take two or three hundred years to decay, but he'll be dead long, long before that.

That's just Ozzy telling it's time for a White Zombie reunion.

Dear Ozzy,

Thank you for making it more difficult for Rob Zombie to make music. Please, continue.

I guess I'll be the only one who actually enjoys Rob Zombie, especially live.

I'm okay with that. I used to go to Ozzy shows too. I just don't find Ozzy's stuff as interesting anymore. With Rob Zombie, there is always an interesting show, while the last few Ozzy shows were almost like he was in a tribute band to himself.

To each their own.

Ozzy can have 'em. With John 5 on guitar and Joey Jordison on drums, RZ has the superior band.

/Saw RZ open for Ozzy in '07. Zombie blew Ozzy outta the water. I've seen Zombie twice since then, and he always delivers

I don't think that will ever happen. From my understanding, Rob was dipping his pen in the company ink (Bass Player Sean Yseult). Once that relationship crashed and burned, so did the group.

I can't see Rob telling his current wife that he wants to reform the band with his ex.

Actually he's been dead since 1979. True fact.

/and it's the other guy who calls himself Zombie - what a poser!

Good. One less terrible act to contend with.

Ozzy farking blows homeless cock and has done so since his bullshiat "no more tours" tour. Seriously, have you heard that marsha brady song of his "scream"? Play that biatch song next to anything from Dairy of a Madman and try and tell me Ozzy shouldnt fark off and die.

Rob Zombie has always been good. fark you if you disagree.

Zombie should steal Dio's band, if you know what I'm saying.

I saw Scum of the Earth (basically Rob Zombie's band minus Rob) - they were actually pretty good.

Or I was drunk.

"Rob Zombie has always been good. fark you if you disagree."

If only he'd quit recording Hellbilly Deluxe over and over.
Good, but in a rut.
Bite this turd out of my ass if you, well, just because.

Awww, poor Rob Zombie is lacking guitarists and drummers. So what? All he does is regurgitate the same stuff using keyboards, synths and zylaphones and repackage it with a kitschy cover.

I'm not sure how long it's been since I've seen a comment this retarded, but it's been a while.

So, Zombie lost his bass player and drummer to Ozzy. BFD. Joey Jordison and Piggy are better musicians than Clufetos and Blasko anyway... I just saw Zombie on the Mayhem Fest this year, and Jordison in particular raises the musicianship of Zombie's live music. There is no drummer better suited for Zombie's music. Additionally, John5 really farking brings it on guitar. To say I was mildly impressed by their show would be an understatement.

The ironic thing is that Clufetos, an inferior drummer in my opinion, has not only helped out Zombie's live show, but he replaced Mike Bordin in Ozzy's band- and there's no way he can truly replace Bordin. With Bordin playing with FNM again, these three bands have their ideal lineups- Zombie is playing tighter and better than ever, FNM is back, and Ozzy can keep running around throwing water on people while mumbling his lyrics.

/Don't get me wrong, I'm an Ozzy fan too- but he doesn't need decent musicians to do what he does live

I saw RZ and Ozzy live. RZ opened and was kind of lame. Ozzy rocked the house. RZ sounded like crap and all he had was an elaborate stage show. All Ozzy needed was a bucket of water and microphone.

It was an excellent concert... thanks to Ozzy.

Sorry guys, but you're all missing the glaring fact that John Tempesta shiats on all of the other drummers mentioned in this thread. They're all great in their own way, but for pure, unadulterated rocking-ness, Tempesta's it. Zombie's bands have never been the same.

I miss the White Zombie days, that was when he did his best stuff. Now he cares more about being a director than a musician.

Rob (blasko) was every bit of DROWN and when he left they were never the same.

Last time I talked to him, he was still doing the Zombie thing and I thought it fit him quite well. When I last listened to Hold on to the Hollow I thought a couple of the songs would work well with Rob Zombie on vocals.

Took me quite by surprise when I heard he was playing for Ozzy, just not what you'd think he'd be doing. Maybe the paycheck was better??

While Tempesta is certainly the best drummer to drum on any record Rob Zombie has ever recorded, he is not a better drummer than Joey Jordison in my opinion- and I am not by any means a Slipknot nut hugger.
