By the letter of the law, you are probably right - this is likely covered by the Israeli law. But, as you must know, it is a question of enforcement. If a woman walked into a police station and said "that bastard told me he was worth millions, I wouldn't have slept with him if I knew the truth," what are the odds that she is taken seriously, and that the guy is arrested (much less convicted or imprisoned)? Rape by deception laws are rarely use when they are in the books, and usually only in cases where, for example, a doctor will pretend that a certain type of examination is necessary on a female patient when it isn't, or the aforementioned case of a twin pretending to be his brother.
