Has Lindsay Lohan been contacted yet? They'll need a vapid coked-up bimbo to play a supporting role.

Er ... that is the role Johnny Drama is trying to get in Entourage.

With our luck Jessica Simpson would get the Heather Thomas role.

correction...that was the role Johnny Drama DIDN'T get on Entourage.

From the most recent picture I saw of Heather Thomas, she could reprise the role.

I say bring it on, and make Jay Chandrasekhar direct it.

; )

Let's be honest - the theme song is the only thing worth salvaging.

I might jump an open drawbridge

It could be worse, I thought Family Guy was getting rebooted for a second.

i dunno maybe its you guys who are out of ideas, since that's the only headline you throw out anymore

Cast Diora Baird in Heather Thomas' role, and well it'd be hard to say no.

Oh Hollywood has no shortage of vapid bimbos. The sheer number of young blonde would be starlets that are going to get boned over rumors of this movie staggers the imagination.

Like a Nine, so fine, subby (new window)

Seriously, the concept for the show is simple and easily translateable.

How it hasn't been redone multiple times is beyond me.

Let me recap: Movie stuntman solves crimes using hollywood stunts, hangs around with bikini girls in a hot tub.

Hell, the Mythbusters guys are like halfway there, if they gave them a PI license...

We need a Simon and Simon remake, except one of the brothers needs to be a gay black man, and the other a transsexual midget with a peg leg and a sassy disposition.

I see you, among your many other charms, are a Hollywood producer. Keep bringing the the quality Hollywood remakes of shows I dearly loved reimagined in a way that "makes it yours" forever. Such unique thinking shows a fundamental understanding of what made the original Simon and Simon so beloved.

/can I get a part as an extra?

They're rebooting The Fall Guy before rebooting The Six Million Dollar Man? Is this an alternate universe where JJ Abrams recently made a blockbuster, reimagined T.J. Hooker movie and nobody remembers that old Star Trek TV show?

I didn't even mention that Magnum PI is going to be a talking horse, and that Quantum Leap will be remade with Justin Bieber playing both Al and Sam, with Lady Gaga as Gooshie and Dick Clark doing the voice of Ziggy.

If they MUST reboot old TV shows that don't need to be remade, there are worse shows they could do. Fall Guy was pretty good, as 80's action TV shows went.

Mainly because Lee Majors wasn't embarassed about playing an over-the-hill ex-action star.

I certainly don't mind if you want to post more pictures of Lindsay Wagner, but if you're referring to NBC's recent Bionic Woman abortion, that doesn't count because it didn't have any Six Mil elements such as Oscar and Rudy and there certainly was no Steve Austin in the new Jaime Sommers' life. It looked like NBC didn't want to pay for the rights to crossover elements from Six Mil. Both original shows were on ABC, except the last season of The Bionic Woman was on NBC. Maybe that has something to do with the split-up IP.

The best thing I learned as a kid watching The Fall Guy was you always drive straight down hill when going off road. If you go at an angle you will roll your truck.

No, they need to mash-up Manimal and Supertrain for the reboot.

Give it a few more years before someone comes up with a BJ and the Bear movie, starring Shia LeBeouf Will Smith's kid as BJ and a CGI Bear, voiced by Frank Welker Hugo Weaving.

And they'll ruin the "Fall Guy" theme when they replace Farrah's name.

firegoat: fall guy reboot? I'm there.fark, they might as well put out the show's complete run since I got my wallet open. Just give Lee Majors a part. The man makes anything good.

Think I'm lying? Check out the beginning of 'Scrooged.' Enough said.
