We had a problem here with an old guy riding around on a bicycle on busy streets wearing a thong and flashing his junk until he got arrested for indecent exposure.

And a friend's grandmother had a problem with her neighbor walking around his yard naked all the time until the day he fell asleep in the sun (Florida, stupid mistake) and, as she said, "burned his
p-cker". That cured him.

I know this guy was on his own property but that's nasty and his response makes me think he was doing it on purpose.

I also think the neighbors might be a little prudish. My grandparents had an outdoor shower on their farm. When I lived in SC many beach houses, hotels, et had outdoor showers. You didn't get nude in them just washed off.

I think he showered nude in his outdoor shower. If the guy was just washing sand off his flipflops, I don't think anyone would mind :)

A guy I work with is famous for activity such as this. He's in his mid 50's, and is often spotted in town wearing worn out butt rock t-shirts with the sleeves cut off along with some cut off jean shorts that would make Daisy Duke blush. I have been fortunate enough to not have experienced this, however, some of my co-workers have not been so fortunate.

A guy I hang out with used to live next door to him, and said that he would be up on the roof, working on his swamp cooler in a thong much like the one mentioned in the article. The kids would be pissed, because when such an event occurred, they were herded into the house, and kept away from the windows.

Now about the gross neighbor. I probably would call the cops too, but only because the disgusting old coot was clearly doing it on purpose, and I'd want a record in place, in case things escalated. But I would also make a point of laughing at him and telling him to put some damn pants on, and making sure my kids heard me.
