Which AP newspaper was I supposed to choose for Georgia? Eh screw it, somebody post the story so I can mock it properly.

2003-05-28 12:21:19 AM
What I'm worried about is the USB killers! Those mofos are fast!

2003-05-28 12:22:58 AM
lol, that was going to be my comment elite-mrp.... i guess that makes you a ps/2 killer.... nm, it's late and i've been drinking... leave me alone

2003-05-28 12:23:22 AM
Without Americans, squirrels would nest in the Fark servers.

Show some respect, troll.

2003-05-28 12:24:32 AM
I just suddenly lost my appetite for my dinner of liver and fava beans. At least there's this nice Chianti.

2003-05-28 12:24:42 AM
An interesting question...do you believe his obsessive faith was a smokescreen to hide behind (and pick up women) or is it real faith and he was trying to atone/compensate/fix his other behavior?

2003-05-28 12:24:59 AM
i was in ATL jail last week. not that i'd be in the same cell area as this guy, but i'm still glad not to be around it with someone like that.

Did they catch the USB Killer or the Fire Wire Killer yet? I heard they're also hot on the trail of the AT killer. Any truth to that?

2003-05-28 12:27:08 AM
This guy is an amateur. It's the firewire killers that scare me.

2003-05-28 12:28:10 AM
Police have issued an all points bulletin. Suspect may be traveling by plane. Answers to the name ray. About 5 feet tall, obtuse build. May be armed with Axis. His brother and abscissa are also wanted for questioning by the pentagon. He escaped from prizm early this morning.

If you should see ray, do not triangle to trapezoid him yourself.

2003-05-28 12:28:50 AM
Gryffindor71 I am much more worried about the USB 2.0 Killer or the Fire Wire 800 killer.

2003-05-28 12:29:05 AM
Elite-mrp

But not as fast as those Firewire killers, and even those are dwarfed by the Gigabit killers.

"Can you hear the lambs screaming, Clarise ?"

Gryffindor71: The_dev0

Ahh, you guys went with a different spin. I can go that way too.

It's the 802.11 strangler that scares me.

2003-05-28 12:41:54 AM
Can't we all just get along?

2003-05-28 12:43:58 AM
Fark me, good thing I know Atlanta is in Georgia or I never would have got the right frapping link.

2003-05-28 12:44:42 AM
Oooh, yah, that guy's scary, Lordargent. You never even see him coming.

Now seriously, this is pretty dorky (though the original headline was CLASSIC.)

I still have to say, though, that "The Firewire Killer" would actually sound pretty intimidating tagged on a real murderer.

It would also, with thanks to Dave Barry, make a great name for a rock band.

2003-05-28 12:54:10 AM
worst..headline...ever.

2003-05-28 12:55:21 AM
did they find the USB killer too?

2003-05-28 12:56:46 AM
Not to discredit the killers already mentioned, but the fiber channel, and now the iSCSI killers are dropping people way faster...

Slimshaydee, if you're gonna troll you gotta mix it up a little -- ya just can't keep trottin' out the same stale act each show.

2003-05-28 01:08:37 AM
one minute you're shopping for tires and the next you have the man all ova yo arss. hehe

2003-05-28 01:34:20 AM
That was too easy. He was probably just tired of being on the run.

2003-05-28 01:35:23 AM
About fifteen years or so ago, my dad who is a fifth grade
teacher, had a student ask him about serial killers.
He told the kiddies they were people who for some reason
repeatedly killed people for fun. The class kind of went
silent. In the back a girl raised her hand and when called
said, "I'm not afraid of serial killers, I don't even like
cereal".

2003-05-28 01:45:32 AM
That Firewire killer has been on the loose since 1996. He is still out there. That is scary!

2003-05-28 01:48:08 AM
Nice urban legend your dad spun ya there, Evilincoln

2003-05-28 01:49:47 AM
Most cereal killers are never caught, because they get bored and quit after collecting all the prizes.

2003-05-28 01:50:25 AM
In other news, my high school History teacher, Morton Berger, was sentenced to 200 years in prison for possession of child porn. Since we aren't currently living by the standards of Ancient Greece, I dub him a sick bastard.

2003-05-28 01:54:22 AM
My friend's sister is one of the victims. I hope this will bring them some closure, if this is the guy, which it seems like it is.

2003-05-28 01:56:11 AM
Confabulat,

Well I hope it made you smile. Ever since he told me that
story every time I hear "cereal killer" I have had this image of Ted Bundy playing the touching game staring at a box of corn flakes. Lucky me.

2003-05-28 02:02:32 AM
Erm, kinda hard to go on making jokes with a friend of a victim on board. I heard on the TeeVee that they'd already matched his DNA up with evidence from one of the victims, so it's not looking too good for him.

2003-05-28 02:06:26 AM
i'm missing the IDE Killer

2003-05-28 02:22:09 AM
JayS
I kind of feel the same way Young_Fart does...
I'm sorry that you've been touched by this guy. Then again if you clicked on the thread...

2003-05-28 03:03:38 AM
Misterchill, I think the headline would have to say "series killer" for your quote to make sense. ;)

2003-05-28 03:50:17 AM
wow I never knew black folks could be serial killers too ! What next president of America? Score one for equal oppurtunity!

43%
2003-05-28 03:57:47 AM
Hey. As long as that quota is met, bring on the dead chicks.

2003-05-28 04:39:12 AM
I must claim this headline as mine. :)

2003-05-28 04:44:51 AM
Oh, and this is my first headline posted to Fark!

2003-05-28 05:53:30 AM
Doh, was this one of the victims?

Very sad.

2003-05-28 06:01:43 AM
Actually, XsithlordX, roughly 20% of all serial killers are black. Wayne Williams is the first to come to mind, but the big difference lies in what sells more papers:

Dead white children
Dead black children

I'm surprised we even got the update on this guy whilst Scott Peterson is still alive. A dead white woman and a baby, that is news.

RE: The Headline

Lisa: "Only one person in a million would find that funny"

Frink: "Yes, we call that the Dennis Miller ratio"

2003-05-28 07:53:14 AM
Jebus christ, couldn't they give the rabbit some cereal?

2003-05-28 08:00:13 AM
As long as we're taking serial killers, can somebody explain the different between an asynchronous and an isynchronous killer?
