Between facial surgury and diddlin' little boys, where does he find the time?

Well, when you're running out of money and you're too 'whatever' to earn it yourself, the best thing to do is sue for everybody elses. If Tom Cruise can do it why not MJ? (I hear they're both gay)

(replace 'whatever' with 'weird', 'washed up', 'freakish' or any other applicable term)

I'm willing to contribute to a fund and him whatever he wants just as long as we never have see him or hear about him again.

He should be suing his farking plastic surgeon!

/obvious

2003-05-13 05:23:18 PM
well, if he technically did "earn" it...then he should be paid for it. a contract is a contract.

don't we still hate the major record labels and RIAA for what they're doing? or only when it is convenient.

Are we supposed to hate MJ more? I'm sorry...I haven't been keeping up.

Technically, doesn't Motown have the right to not pay anymore because Michael Jackson does not exist anymore, but was replaced with a little old white lady ?

Most big corporations are evil. As for MJ, he's kind of walking a thin line between sinister and weird/stupid. He's a great example of someone who's been rich and famous so long they've never had to deal with their personal problems.

2003-05-13 05:30:52 PM
yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwn.

Someone just kill commit him and get it over with...

2003-05-13 05:37:27 PM
OK, so MJ is running out of cash, and has begun trawling through every deal he ever made in case someone owes him something somewhere along the line. How long does everyone reckon it will be until he declares bankruptcy and Big Tony has to come round and repossess all of the funfair rides and statues of Peter Pan?

2003-05-13 05:42:26 PM
Duh, surely his case is prescribed. One year to sue?...

2003-05-13 05:54:42 PM
This freak of nature is burning through cash quicker than a drunk sailor in a Tijuana whore house. It is going to be real satisfying watch this pedophile piece of garbage crash and burn.

Ok Michael...you can have the Motown songs after you give McCartney back the rights to the Beatles music

2003-05-13 06:07:35 PM
come on ppl ,give michael a break, its very evident his plastic surgeon never did.i say put him in a cell with that lady in texas who killed her kids, maybe she can help him.

I can't see him being broke as long as he owns the rights to the Beatles songs. Maybe he just wants to own everything...

This another sure sign that he losing money quickly....Rolling Stone wrote an article aboutr his financial troublesabout a year ago and he is burning through his fortune pretty quick...and I believe that he sold half of the beatles catalog to sony in exchange for cash and now he owes them a bunch of money and they are trying to get the other half...so I think he might actually lose the beatles songs eventually...

2003-05-13 06:31:49 PM
Damn... can you imagine if he got so broke he'd have to sell Neverland? Someone would buy it to open as an amusement park, but they'd have to bring in someone to exorcise the ghosts of uncounted molested children, first... that, and mop all the Jacko-jizz off of everything.

"Motown agreed to pay Jackson royalties for any "best-of" compilations of his Motown recordings with the Jackson 5 or as a solo artist"

What about Tito?

Of course this illustrates the greed of record labels who would take your copyright and let you license your own work. The question is, will any other "performers", "musical entertainers" or "musical artists" follow suit (no pun intended)?

As much as he is a freak, I hope wins.

Wait a minute... didn't Wacko Jacko buy all the rights to the Beatles' songs after Paul McCartney told him while they worked together in Wings? It seems like Paul told him the auction was going to be held for the rights as a friend, not expecting MJ to go and outbid him right under his nose. Now he's losing the rights to his songs. Serves him right for being a prick.

2003-05-13 07:47:16 PM
fark you, michelle jackson. you're rich enough. fark you, and fark your greed. and another fark you for being a damn pederass.

2003-05-13 07:52:05 PM
What about Jermaine? Michael has been very self centered lately.. He's been DYING for attention. But heck, if Prince could get his stuff back then I guess Wacko can have his back too.

2003-05-13 07:52:26 PM
Sounds like he's got the right to the money.
Pay him
Let him blow that money too.

2003-05-13 09:10:18 PM
he will lose what few black fans he has with this move

2003-05-13 09:32:52 PM
Jacko is, in fact, on his backo!

2003-05-14 03:38:12 AM
Dear MJ,
Sell your llamas and your amusement park.
Recycle the plastic in your face. Problem solved.

Oh, I get it. The tag is called "misc" because the submitter isn't sure if Farkers will think this is "asinine", "stupid", "dumbass", or "spiffy".

2003-05-14 05:49:28 AM
Well, the record industry always screws the artist, no matter how popular they are. So, I feel that, although that michael jackson character looks like he doesn't need the money, that move is the right move to make.

Give the corporate execs the small share instead of the musician's, that's what I say.

This guy is N-U-T-S!.. Doesn'y he have ENOUGH $$$$$$ ????

Motown never represented a white old lady (as someone put it)

2003-05-14 10:10:11 AM
what ever you say guys, He is the king of po(o)p

2003-05-14 11:00:45 AM
What could be worse? Jacko or the RIAA?
