Obviously, despite this law being on the books, that place isn't Paris, because the women wear pants (jeans or otherwise) there to the same extent as they do in New York, London, Berlin, or anywhere else. Which is kind of a shame, because (Fark stereotypes notwithstanding) the women in Paris tend to be ridiculously hot, and they should expose as much skin as possible.
