Brett was actually supposed to tour with Skynyrd this summer. I wish him the best. I saw Poison live a few years ago, and they were great. I actually won tickets on the radio for the Skynyrd show on the radio, and was looking forward more to see Michaels and 38 Special than Sknykrd.

Before Poison'd came out they were asking for fan suggestions for songs. There were apparently a lot of suggestions for Ballroom Blitz - and they ended up doing a cover of Little Willy. 70s Power Pop meets 80s hair metal.

On the "cool story bro" front, our school recently had a back to the 80s themed auction. The Friday before it was come as the 80s day at school. I came in full 80s-look hair/bandanna/guy liner and Poison concert shirt (teachers were instructed not to get TOO crazy). Was walking through the office and some visitors gave me a strange look. Later got the word they had been delivering freebies and part of it was "for your librarian." The look on their faces when told she had just walked through was apparently priceless.
