There is no such thing as a Vulcat. It's impossible; Vulcans are driven by logic and reason, whereas cats are driven by a white-hot burning passion to shred everything below your knees.

Why, was his home destroyed?

But Ambassador Spock was working to unite Romulus and Vulcan.

It's a girl? Shouldn't they have named her Valeris or T'Pol?

After a time, you may find that having is not so pleasing a thing, after all, as wanting. It is not logical, but it is often true.

YES!

Though, I preferred Soleta. Kuudere is much more fun than "outright biatch".

God, I spend too much time on TVtropes.

Looked at the pics, obviously not vulcan.
That thing is part velociraptor, and uses its cuteness to lure you closer before it strikes.

Vulcan or not, the cat will be assimilated.

If I lived anywhere near there I would totally go adopt that cat! We have a knack for collecting "freak cats" as our friends lovingly dub them.

We have one cat whose one back toenail doesn't retract (raptor claw cat), one that is a 6-toed polydactyl jungle cat, and one that has completely webbed feet (all of them).

Well and we have a physically normal basement cat, but he must be Siamese because he doesn't shut.the.fark.up. Ever. 24/7 he is always talking. Everyone thinks he's cute because of his sweet disposition, but he is seriously the spawn of hell with all the noise.

Trekker: Or Saavik maybe?

Sure, but then you have to specify which one... Robin Curtis of Kirstie Alley? And you also have to contemplate how pathetic it is that I knew both of those names without looking them up.

Yes, it is - It always wins (or at least ties) at Rock, Paper, Scissors, Lizard, Spock.

Ode to Spot

Felis Cattus, is your taxonomic nomenclature,
an endothermic quadruped carnivorous by nature?
Your visual, olfactory and auditory senses
contribute to your hunting skills, and natural defenses.

I find myself intrigued by your subvocal oscillations,
a singular development of cat communications
that obviates your basic hedonistic predilection
for a rhythmic stroking of your fur, to demonstrate affection.

A tail is quite essential for your acrobatic talents;
you would not be so agile if you lacked its counterbalance.
And when not being utilized to aide in locomotion,
it often serves to illustrate the state of your emotion.

O Spot, the complex levels of behaviour you display
connote a fairly well-developed cognitive array.
And though you are not sentient, Spot, and do not comprehend,
I nonetheless consider you a true and valued friend.

My favorite Spock quote of all time. Thanks for the memories.

Both were bad @ss. I watched those two movies over and over but I think Kirstie nailed the Vulcan stare.

Came here to say this, left with my inner-trekkie satisfied.

2010-04-20 04:46:24 PM
Bah. The difference between a Vulcan and a Romulan is that Vulcans have universal child abuse. Pressuring kids who are naturally more emotional than humans to suppress all expression of emotion? Bastards.

Holy Schnikes! I made that photoshop a while back for the Bad Spock Drawings blog (new window) and it turns back up here! I knew it was on knowyourmeme.com but you know you've accomplished something when it shows up on FARK
