Well to be fair, most are only saying that she's not the best looking women, to which I might begrudgingly agree.

I don't really know how you'd even quantify "best" in a category like this. Tastes vary from person to person or even from year to year within the same person.

Lots of people disagree. Most seem to feel like I do, that she is very attractive but there are many women I find more attractive. So I too would say, no, she is not the "best-looking woman" in America.

Christina Hendricks is an extraordinarily attractive woman. If you don't agree, find the Firefly episodes she was in. It's not just the extraordinary curves that could make a man break his neck, it's something else - skin, eyes, and so on. She has that undefinable something that gets you right in the primal lizard-brain, that makes your caveman self certain that you must possess her, and that you must kill anyone else who would think to possess her. You want to spend hours discovering what every inch of her skin feels like and tastes like.

I have no problem with Hendricks being considered the most beautiful woman in America. There may be other women as beautiful, and differently beautiful, but no woman is more beautiful. I tend to think there is a plateau of beauty, and the women at that level aren't more beautiful than each other. Just simply beautiful.
