Teri Hatcher's a doctor now?
2003-05-06 10:06:35 AM
Yes but does the panel get to tactilely(sp?) examine the evidence?
2003-05-06 11:22:39 AM
"The patient testified that the only distinguishing mark he noticed was a mole on the doctor's bum. The patient also testified that the doctor gave him cocaine, and that they had a bath together, surrounded by candles, in her condo."

Sure as hell beats a tetanus jab and a rubber glove up the balloon knot.

But how did he know about the mole on her butt? Huh?

The patient also testified that the doctor gave him cocaine, and that they had a bath together, surrounded by candles, in her condo . . . . A reporter who saw the photographs submitted in evidence described the doctor's breasts in the National Post with these words: "they're spectacular."

Seeing as how this took place in Canada, this ought to prove once and for all that the Canadian-style single-payer health care system is far superior to the for-profit American system. Because, I gotta say, I'm not getting that sort of quality care from my current health care providers that are on my HMO's approved list. The last time I went in for a check-up, some middle-aged male doctor held my nutsack in my hand and told me to cough, and then lubed up his finger and jammed it up my bunghole. If this story is any indication, that's a damn poor substitute for the Canadian health care system.

She totally screwed him.
2003-05-06 12:50:28 PM
"No sex. No drugs. No candle-lit bathing. No sling farking. No dildos. No cathodes attached to her ankles. No Dirty Sanchez. Nothing."
2003-05-06 12:50:47 PM
Man! Imagine what a hernia test could have been like through grade school!
2003-05-06 12:50:59 PM
I'll bet they even know how to close italics tags in Canada, too.
2003-05-06 12:51:52 PM
did the beginning of that story make no sense at all to anyone else?
2003-05-06 12:53:16 PM
I've seen pictures of the doctor. I'de hit her.
*Sorry, no HTML skills or id'e post pix*
2003-05-06 12:53:22 PM
"They're real, and they're spectacular !"
2003-05-06 12:53:44 PM
If she was my doc, I'd go for hernia and prostate exams daily
2003-05-06 12:54:04 PM
Judging by the parties and social gatherings she went to with him, even attending his family's Christmas dinner, I highly suspect that this woman was indeed screwing him.

You would think after the schooling she got, she would know not to fark her insane patients.
2003-05-06 12:54:40 PM
..she's a psychiatrist..
2003-05-06 12:56:01 PM
She had some pretty serious transgressions listed there... She needs to have a stern lecture from a REAL professional before she goes and does some irreparable damage to a fragile psyche...
2003-05-06 12:56:29 PM
A forensic psychiatrist testified that the patient, who had been clinically diagnosed with another severe mental illness, bipolar disorder, would have been "an extremely difficult, challenging and complex patient" for a senior psychiatrist.

The doctor whose professional life is on the line told the disciplinary panel, "I thought he would be a really great start for me."

Ah, well, it's nice to see that common sense is not a requirement for a medical license.

Dear Penthouse Forum...
2003-05-06 12:56:56 PM
Ahh, the joys of socialized medicine -- when the patient and doctor can bill the government for time spent screwing each other.
2003-05-06 12:57:13 PM
The doctor, having just started practising as a family physician, was getting into the psychotherapy business, too.

but thanks for playing
2003-05-06 12:57:26 PM
oh, come on. somebody link the pictures already!
2003-05-06 12:57:43 PM
The patient is 27. The doctor is in her early 30s. A reporter who saw the photographs submitted in evidence described the doctor's breasts in the National Post with these words: "they're spectacular. I couldn't stop rubbing the candle up my pooper. omg, I'm getting wood thinking about it."

wow. he was really into those pics.
2003-05-06 12:57:57 PM
uh huh. after reading the list of "mistakes" she admits to... I don't think I believe her.
2003-05-06 12:59:45 PM
Depends upon what the definition of "is" is.
2003-05-06 01:00:03 PM
well when I'm on the jury, spectacular titties always win.
2003-05-06 01:00:11 PM
Maybe instead of trying to socialize her future Borderline patients, use my trademark "invite them turkey-hunting and bring a shovel" method.
2003-05-06 01:00:51 PM
Of course she's screwing him, She's a pharking psychiatrist
2003-05-06 01:00:57 PM
"she'll use my..."
2003-05-06 01:01:24 PM
OK, she has "spectacular" breasts after breast-reduction surgery, she's well-off, she was single, he was getting laid, and he's complaining?

Yep, he's crazy all right.

(joking, ok? don't bother lecturing me on medical ethics)
2003-05-06 01:01:39 PM
PIC'S!!!!...I need PIC'S!!!
2003-05-06 01:02:15 PM
and you mock social health care...
2003-05-06 01:02:40 PM
Uh, if she's charging to see him in a social environment, isn't she then a call girl, or more plainly, a whore? Glad to see that education working for you there honey.
2003-05-06 01:03:29 PM
for some reason I believe her. Dunno why. Maybe it's because of all the dumb shiat she did admit to.

And you think you have to wait a long time for elective surgery? Imagine how long the waiting list is for her practice!

GIS for "daffy duck":

They called her "Dr. Love".

2003-05-06 01:06:04 PM
How dare someone post this article without pics. You should be ashamed.
2003-05-06 01:06:48 PM
I'm with her. She was in over her head.
I know a couple of great looking doctors that are always getting harrassed by freaky patients.

/still post the image for the sake of all things 'fark'
2003-05-06 01:06:50 PM
I'm sorry, any of those "After Hours" activities with a patient would get her tossed out of my practice. I know no other MD who would see patients in this manner. SEX!

As a fledgling counselor/therapist myself, she committed so many ethical violations that in America, the ACA would have revoked her license too quick to talk about.
2003-05-06 01:07:03 PM
Thanks Duke...

OHhhhhh yes I'd hit it!
2003-05-06 01:07:08 PM
LoveLola Uh, you are right if she was indeed farking the dude... (which looks to be the case, but who knows?)

Of course, it is worth noting that if you are seeing a therapist for a social disorder and you need to observe the subject in a social setting, yes, you would be on the clock justifiably.

Lastly, not all callgirls are whores... just the good ones are...
2003-05-06 01:07:08 PM
Once again, I remind you to go out and vote today:

2003-05-06 01:07:14 PM
There is hardly ever any legitimate reason for a therapist to see a client outside of the office, unless the person is in the hospital or is working on social problems or something. This lady farked up bad. Especially with the ailments this guy had--these types often become stalkers. And she's surprised now that he's claiming they had an affair?

The doctor, having just started practising as a family physician, was getting into the psychotherapy business, too. Oh come on--beginning a medical practice wasn't enough for her? She needed the extra challenge of the mentally ill, too? Somebody remove whatever license she's practicing under.
2003-05-06 01:07:38 PM
Yeah, spectacular in a Mary Shelly kind of way.
2003-05-06 01:07:59 PM
After seeing DukeSux's link...

I think I need to get my head examined.
