Actually, I am glad to see that something is being done about the A.I.D.S. epidemic, however I think with education, they might be a little more succesful. After all, preventing young woman from having sex, may account for only a small percentage of what is causing the illness. This is very sad.

Putting your life in the "hands" of a piece of latax is D-U-M-B. Even condom makers admit a 10-20% failure rate with the damn things in stopping STDs, and that's when they're used properly! Relying on them is like flying an airline with a 10-20% crash rate or eating at a fast food place with a similar rate of poisoning (Jack in the Box, aka "Gag in the Bag"). Start funding cold showers or chastity belts in these places, not dumbass rubbers.

The reason they don't bother telling men to not have sex is because it will do no good. Women generally don't have a problem not having sex, but I don't know of any man who would say "no".
