I'm actually suprised by the number of people who didn't look at it. You're at a restaurant. Your there to eat food. The food is on a conveyor belt. I would expect more people to look at the items on the conveyor belt as it goes by, even if they have already eaten.

Even though it was mostly boring, I kind of enjoyed the social study aspect of it. Most people didn't see it. A lot of children noticed, which makes sense to me. Also I loved the dude scooping food onto the chick's plate as she was like, smiling in this weird way at him (oblivious of the camera...don't remember where it was minute-wise and don't care to go back and find it)...like they were on some weird first date or something. I dunno, I like people watching so that was interesting to me.
