So wait...let me make sure I understand this correctly.

Man hits a deer with his car.
Man cuts up said deer to take some meat with him.
Police beat Man for cutting up the deer.
Police charge Man with "possessing unlawfully hunted game."

Intervening Years
Man continues filing complaints against Police who beat him, but nothing ever comes of it.

Man protests outside Police Station "nearly nude."
Man is arrested for ???
Part of bail conditions is that Man cannot be near any Police Station Sort of Dealie.

Bail conditions expire, so Man goes back to protesting in his underoos.
Man is arrested & charged with "criminal libel" which is dropped to mischief, which is then dismissed.
Man says he just wants to go to dinner with the Police who beat him and Man's son.
