So they're like "oh there's a chick down there, and she obviously can't hear us because she's wearing headphones. AIM FOR HER HEAD!"

Russians are the stupidest humans on the planet. Every one I've worked with is borderline retarded. They just don't give a damn at all about how a job should be done. I hired one Russian guy several years ago, seemed nice enough, had knowledge that he demonstrated during the interview.

Then on his first day on the job, he went out at lunch and had several beers at the tavern up the street and came back to work, an hour late and almost falling down drunk. I fired him on the spot and he actually threatened to bring his local Russian mafia buddies in to wreck the place. Yes, the cops were involved, and he ended up being deported over this and a few other issues he had with the boys in law enforcement. He just wasn't smart enough to keep his mouth shut, or to not get drunk on the job.

As for the ice thing, heres what the Russians do about the problem (new window)

Deathfrogg: Russians are the stupidest humans on the planet...

That's probably good for us. They have more resources than just about any other country.

What's also funny is that they spend so much effort on shifty, illegal stuff (spam, hacker attacks, BS like that) without realizing they could do much better for themselves if they spent half that much energy doing constructive things.

Sooo faarrkking stuupid!

Who the hell looks up when walking down a city street these days? If people were doing work above than may impact pedestrians(construction, paiting, etc) there should be a sign on the street saying "Beware of falling things" or even closing a section of the sidewalk. I lived in constant construction zones growing up, and they always had warnings visible.

How farking hard is it to put up a sign or tape off an area?

/Hates it when people die/get hurt from other peoples stupidity

I work with Russians and Ukrainians on a daily basis and they are as retarded as you've heard, and more. I come in to work at 6AM and the two overnight russians always go out and start their cars 20 minutes before they leave. They just let them sit there and idle as if we live in Siberia when it's only 45F outside.
One guy wanted a quote from a custom packaging tape manufacturer with what I guess what our company name printed on the tape. When he sent the email to the company all he said was "Give me a quote for 6 rolls of tape". That's it. Not "I need a quote for 6 rolls of tape with X company logo, .6mil thick, 4 inches wide, 250 yds, yadda yadda". They approach every problem with a limited set of tools and it's usually the hammer they choose.
