All of the farkers on here that watch sci-fi, and not one Doctor Who reference? You know, the first episode of the new series, where the Ninth Doctor appears in photos when Rose investigates him?

No one?

His camera isn't digital. He was just trying to blend in?

If he were trying to fit in, he would have dressed for the period.

Something went wrong with his ion powers and he got sent back through time.

I thought Wonderman only really wanted to get laid, and used his alter ego to help achieve this goal?

Scott Weiland got some really good smack and traveled back to 1941, where he was photographed with a bunch of plain-looking Canadians.

When you travel through time you lose connection to your soul, so you can't actually be photographed any more. Like a vampire, sorta. There are actually thousands of people who have traveled back in time but there will never be a photograph of them.

Ah, shaddap.

The only jokes were about the title, from what I can remember. I've always loved that movie.

He IS dressed for the period, albeit in a more informal style than was common at the time: cheap celluloid sun goggles, a school jersey of some kind, and a patently homemade-looking cardigan sweater.

His haircut is absolutely typical of the period. Everything else is plausible.
