Vanetia: This nurse is saying they turned people away. The previous nurse said they treat everyone whether they're covered or not.

I think we need to get them on the phone together in skin-tight button-bursting nurse uniforms fighting for the privilege of providing for my choice of vaguely-healthcare-related needs.

An astounding number of CSPAN callers are on disability. I wonder how much overlap there is between CSPAN and HSN.

So, now that the bulk of healthcare reform is pretty much over with, what legislation is next on the table? The energy bill that was passed by the house last summer, or financial reform?

What is it with all the kids covered BY THEIR PARENTS being against this bill? They're getting another year of free rides in that regard because of this bill.

I'm guessing they're parroting their parent's views as they attend university which their parents are paying for.

Yeah, this is totally what it is. That's why they spent over ten million dollars trying to defeat it. Because it is a bailout.

Well, I can't stay up any longer. I tried to get through to C-SPAN over and over, but it seems it was not meant to be. However, I did have my script all ready to go in case I did go on-air. Feel free to use it if any of you can get through:

Hi, CSPAN. Thank you for taking my call. On the subject of the donut hole, my friends and I on Fark.com and LemonParty.org were talking about it and we agree that filling the donut hole is the most important piece of this legislation because, you know, sometimes I'll get a dozen donuts and they got holes in them, but this would fill those holes, so...you know, we'll get more donuts for our money, and I can't imagine that anybody out there wouldn't want to get behind that. If you don't support filling donuts, you're un-American, and you should probably live someplace where they only have holes and no donuts. While we're at it, we should change the name of Medicare to something more appealing, like Baconcare, because bacon makes everything better, and as long as I have my hole-less donuts and Baconcare, I'll be good. Thank you.

Good night, everyone!

I guess because it's a send-up of the conservative outrage that's so popular these days. Pretty much saying that with the ridiculous nonsensical rhetoric that the right wing puts out, they might as well just be calling him "Fartbama", it's right about the same maturity level that the teabaggers and freeperville operate on.

Latest from freepville:

This thread is truly historic and this post is only to insure that my name is scribbled on the wailing wall of FR.

Perhaps I'll feel differently after a few days of reflection, but my heart is sad and full of rage at the same.

It's as though my country died today.

I have blood in my eye and hate in my heart, so I can't say what I would now like to see happen now.

God blessed this country, but today, America spit in His face.
