Another Cubs bashing thread? I'm a Sox fan, but this is getting tedious. How about a Wisniewski taking out Seabrook thread? That was unbelievable and he deserves an 8 game misconduct. Yet, he's still on the ice. Yeah, I checked. The video has not hit the internet yet.

Just found the video and submitted. Vote it up, TFers (I'm convinced that doesn't mean anything though).

Today I saw a sports shop in Madison that had a bunch of team championship banners: some big thing showing logo, whatever you're champion of, and the years.

Oh yes. There was a Cubs banner.

Was watching the game earlier, and I couldn't farking believe it. That game's entire refereeing job was a travesty.

They could try to be in permanent fire sale mode like the Marlins, who have won the WS twice with a payroll a third of the Cubs.

When was the last time they had a better record than the Cubs? 2006? You Brewer fans need to stop posting bs in Cubs threads. Doug Davis and Randy Wells don't scare anyone.

Want some more ammunition? Read what Wiz and Carlyle thought about the hit.

Wow. He thought had the puck? My ass.

FTA-"He was probably the first star in our mind, as far as involvement in the game," Carlyle said.

That's some classic schadenfreude there.

/Just saw the Wisniewski hit on Seabrook- HORRIBLE. Seabrook's earlier hit was rough too, but Wisniewski clearly went right for him.

I have no problem with the sign at Wrigley - the Ricketts have said that all this money goes right back to the team to build a winner. Plus, it's only going to cover up a sign across the street that isn't producing any money for the Cubs.

Unfortunately, my fellow Cubs fans have been trained by 100+ years of losing to get attached to the wrong things. The ballpark is not more important than the team. If the Yankees can leave farking Yankee Stadium, the Cubs can change Wrigley. there is a lot of history in the building, but it's not really good history.

I remember when this was the only advertising around Wrigley. Well, this and the Budweiser roof, which is now Horseshoe Casino if I remember correctly. Also, why doesn't the rooftop in far left hang the 'K' signs for strikeouts anymore?

You can't compare it when the Cubs won it in 1907 and 8, since the Brewers didn't even exist then. You would need to compare championships since their inception.

Plus, at least the Brewers made it to the World Series in the past few decades.

Oh no way. If I can't use the Chargers Super Bowl loss in '94 for any cred, that Brewer '82 team gets no Fark cred either.

/at least they didn't get their asses handed to them in '82 though.
