Flappyhead: I prefer wolfhounds.

Yeah, an Irish Wolfhound has a lot more "Irish" character than Setters, which are like the "Galway Bay" of Irish dogs.

This is the "Oró Sé do Bheatha 'Bhaile":

Also - not directed at Flappyhead - it's St. Paddy's Day, not St. Patty's Day. Paddy, as in the nickname for Padraic. You'd think Life would know that.

There must be a serious lack of not-news today, seeing as you TF types have to vote for a story just because it had an Xzibit memed headline.

/It's a great meme though.
//Best thing about the article was seeing two J-chicks, I'd give each of them about a "5." Which on a U.S. scale is about a 7, because we have so many fatties.

Irish setters are pretty, but they are the dumbest things this side of an Afghan hound. I mean, STUPID, stupid dogs.

Oddly a lot of people still believe this. It was over bred in the 70's, but has recovered quit nicely. My current setter is the best hunter I ever ran. Also, for you family minded folk... It is the only large breed dog that has never killed a human.

This

despite the hair, my 11 month old daughter and my 90 pound wolfhound mutt get along just fine... the breed generally have really laid back dispositions with children, and aren't crazy hyper like labs.

Until recently, I thought Xzibit was Theo from the Cosby show. No, that's not a racist comment.
