Wonko Fortytwo: Has this city council lost it's mind? If there's $200,000 dollars for a statue there must not be ANY thing else that needs funding.

This is the city that blessed the country with Allen Iverson. Of course there's other things they need. At the same time, they used to spend something like $2500 to paint every new police car a specific shade of blue "invented" by the longtime police chief.

But, tying this back to space, it is the city where much of the testing for the Freedom capsules was conducted. The rusting hulks of the testing scaffold are freaky in the fog at night.
