I can only take his music in small doses, but he seems like a really cool guy.

Teddy Hopper- I can only take his music in small doses, but he seems like a really cool guy.

This. I can forgive his lame music because he's one of the nicest folks I've ever met. He does a lot of charity and fundraising work. He's a mellow North Shore dude.

I listen to Jack Johnson when I'm having a bad day and have a headache and need to mellow out.

I don't listen to Jack Johnson when I'm playing X-Box and trying to get into the mood to kill hookers and assassinate people.

It has it's purpose. Once you figure it out, it grows on you quite a bit.

The misses and I are going to catch this one. She's a huge Jack Johnson fan.

I dig his stuff for the most part. Mellow, folksy music. Could be worse. She could be a 30 Sec to Mars fan or some crap like that.

Anyone good enough to get a tribute from Miles is all right in my book.

/I know, but I don't like the music of the one the article is about
//Still, good on him for the charity work and stuff

Seems like a great guy. The last concert of his I went to was overrun by parents and their rug rats..

No Thanks.

Put me in the "I like Jack Johnson" camp. Sure it's not the most groundbreaking music, but "In between dreams" puts me in a better mood than most albums do.
