"sch-mail (schedule and email)"

It's still funny and has fail, but it probably wasn't intentionally aimed at the transgender population. Maybe the marketing director dictated it...

They shortened Schedule to She (a not to uncommon thing actually) because it sounded better than Sch-Mail. The being out of touch is not realizing what they had actually written down.
