There is a little button on the radio....I think it says "off". That might help solve your problem....if not, there sould be one which says "tuning". This one usually works also.....

Hey, Soy, what's so bad about NPR? No commercials, intellegent discussion... sure they're liberal, but they keep the slant contained to dedicated times for commenatry or debate. The actual news is great, compared to network news at least.
