When I was about ten, I was walking by where a riding lawn-mower was being operated. It threw a rock at great speed that struck me really hard in the head, drawing blood. That was not good. That hurt greatly. Rocks to heads delivered from the maws of lawn-mowers is, well, just wrong.

We don't know if it was a piece of metal or if it was another object.

This article could have been "half" as long. How do we know that the body was decapitated? Could have been that the body was severed from the head. Guess that's up to the coroner to determine. Hope there's a follow-up.

Seriously.. the police can't tell the damned difference between a farkin pipe and a blade?!? And, they are allowed to carry weapons?

Assuming the accident site is across the street from a donut shop and the investigation will take years.... all shifts will participate 24/7.
