SharkTrager: I would wager there is no law that specifically covers the pics we can assume he was attempting to take, so the cops are going to throw whatever they can at the guy, and there is an eavesdropping law so they went with that. I'm not sure it will stick, but I can see them trying to find whatever they can to charge the guy. I'm not sure too many people have a problem with an expectation of privacy in a bathroom stall.
ZAZ: Rich CreamUsually there's no specific law about it. Sometimes it counts as disorderly conduct. A woman from Texas(?) had a brief moment of late night talk show fame in the 1990s after being arrested for using the men's room.
