They have a whole course for our corpsmen in the US where they grievously injure pigs and then make our docs keep them alive while enduring a variety of unpleasant field conditions. I appreciate the fact that; given the option of practicing on people when it counts, and practicing on animals before it counts, our DOD has chosen the latter option.

Pretty much THIS

There are probably slaughterhouses where 120 pigs represents about an hours worth of work not 3 years worth of research. Those pigs are killed because they are tasty.

I don't see how you could go up to any solider and even suggest that potentially saving their lives wasnt worth 120 pigs...

Okay, the report,"We heard a real pig explosion." isn't a typo.

Spam! : The sound a hair lip makes describing a pig being shot.

How many pigs were M.I.A.?

I'll stitch no swine before it's time.

This little piggy went to testing. This little went kerboom. This little gained 80 feet. This little piggy lost some. This little piggy wheeled and wheeled his chair all the way home.

High diddle the cat and the fiddle the pig blown over the moon.

Holey entrails to you we'll use your meat again. Holey entrails to you.....

Simple solution: Shrapnel wound testing will now be performed on "animal rights" mouthbreathers. They serve as a decent proxy for intelligent creatures.

According to the Commander in Chief, Corpsmen are now to be called Corpsemen. Or, I wonder if this title only applies to Corpsmen who aren't very good and people they treat always Die, thereby granting them the new title of Corpesmen. hmmmmmmmmm, I think we need to get this clarified.

Would someone get The Obama on the phone...

Well sure. If the pigs died, then they'd be corpsemen.
