Depends on how deep of a sleeper the guy is and how ninja like you went about it. Personally, I'm a light sleeper, so it'd never work on me. I'm fairly confident I could have sex with my girlfriend and have her pass it off as a dream (cause, you know, I'm that good) at least until it got hot and heavy, because she sleeps like a log and has plenty of dirty dreams. Everyone is different I guess. I've woken while receiving oral which had apparently been going on for a few minutes, but I was really drunk. Sober, I'm fairly certain I start to wake up the second anything touched my penis. Maybe not fully awake but it's more fun that way anyway.
