If someone asks you to move for obvious reasons, and you don't then you just might get knocked the fark out.....

People should not vote for this guy because he lacks simple common sense, can not find solutions to issues, and rather than defuse things, he kicks it up a notch.

Yes, I'm sure the dude was quite cordial in his inquiry into whether the kind sir would perhaps shift his person a slight bit, to better allow the gentleman a more comfortable view of the proceedings.

So what? If you're in a place watching an event, you should know that standing up directly in front of other people who are also watching the event *might* not be the best idea. Now, I don't know what really went on, but it's easy to imagine a "Do You Know Who I Am" being answered with a resounding "Naw, and I don't care, neither."

I'll allow that, too; all I'm saying is, TFA didn't get too specific about the circumstances, and I've seen people get punched over much dumber shiat in my time.

It's quite believable that the puncher was a republican. Republicans are petulant, have extremely poor impulse control, and are completely unable to respond to anything in proportion.

I wonder if the view from his jail cell is any better.

There's a local bellydance troupe that show up at any sort of cultural event - renn faires, world music festivals, whatever.

There's one that's pretty hot. Each of the rest of the troupe has enough belly for three or four girls.

If you've ever seen, say, the scene in Dr. No, you'd know that part of belly-dancing is, well, making your belly dance. And that doesn't mean bouncing a little and watching it jiggle like you just punched a jelly.

I can't argue with that. Well, I guess I could, but not successfully. I once saw a guy get punched because he got bumped by another person into a guy, spilling his beer. The worst part? The guy whose beer got spilled was facing the guy who bumped the other guy who then bumped the beer guy. It isn't like he got bumped in the back and didn't know what happened. I mean, dude, hit the original bumper, not the poor sod in the middle, at least.

/I sincerely hope that paragraph made sense

This a valuable lesson in life for a democrat. Some people are not reasonable. Some people demand things that are unreasonable and are willing to commit violent acts to get them.

Acting like you are tough, or opening up a reasonable dialogue only serve to send people like this over the edge. So the lawmaker should have either moved, or immediately knocked this farking guy out when he started talking shiat. Those are the only two methods that work with crazy people: appeasement or annihilation.

He may have a nice wife and family who get brought down by his crazy behavior. But it is their fault for not reigning him in before annihilation came, or leaving, and while tragic, are justly collateral damage.

Does it make it right? No. Does the lawmaker deserve a punch in the face? No. But is it the world we live in? Yes. So democrats and filthy hippies everywhere take heed.

Yeah, it is. Sorry for the spelling error. But I was trying to help you, bro. It is obvious from your comment that you have yet to learn the lesson I spoke of in my post.

So good luck on the day when you call some crazy man an "imbecile" to their face, thinking that you are really tough and putting him in his place, and you end up in the same knocked out position as the democratic lawmaker in this story. It would be awesome if you thought of me at that moment but you will be too busy picking up your teeth and figuring out how you can sue the guy for your own stupidity.

My god you're right a republican would have done what was asked of him immediately without questioning the party line. Hell, he would have done it while cutting taxes, outlawing gay marriage, and stopping all those socialist liberal abortion lovers. We need more people who will just blindly do whatever they're told, that is what makes a good politician.
