I sat behind him at the St Louis Supercross a few years ago and he seemed surprisingly un-douchebaggy (in the few hours I observed him). He's also pretty damn good looking in person.

I want the guy that's been making the recent Batman movies to make one about the Ninja Turtles.

The first movie that came out in 89-90 or thereabouts was a legitimately good film; I'd love to see it updated and awesomeified (pretty sure that's a word) by the best in the biz.

I remember when the first one came out and people were like, "WTF is this shiat?" It was very dark and not at all like the cartoon. It was based more on the comics, which most people didn't know were very dark. Hell, most people probably didn't even realize the cartoons were spawned from the comics and were lightened up in order to appeal to kids. The 2nd movie, as a result, was made to be more like the cartoons, which is what people expected from a TMNT movie.

The 3rd movie...we won't even talk about that.

/3rd movie wasn't made by the same people who did the 1st and 2nd ones, and it was painfully obvious

TMNT - was invented in a town real close to mine. Back then there was a pretty strong comic culture going on there. Those guys got real lucky and hit it big.

The first movie still holds up. It's entertaining. It's not a GREAT film, but it's fun.

The second film is amusing, but much more kid-friendly.

The third film... let's not go there.

The recent CGI film was actually pretty good. I just wish Shredder was in it.

Turtles Forever - the recent crossover film - was surprisingly well-done.

That movie was one of the few times I saw BOTH O'Connell brothers together.

And Vanilla Ice was great in it.

You know, I was doubting myself about that lyric. But, "jump like a candle" is how many online sites have it, so I figured it was right.

My apologies for getting the immortal words of Mr. Robert Van Winkle wrong. I shall say three "Hail Cool as Ice"s for my penance.
