obviously the issue was with an overzealous employee in their factory located in china.. the issue has since been resolved and you may continue to eat Heinz plastic baby food.

I used to date a girl with a baby food fetish. She'd get really hot if we shared a jar of baby food before the dirty. I hate the stuff.

I thought Velveeta(TM)was a Kraft product.

Oh, wait. SMALL irregular bits of plastic.

Cheese curds? You wouldn't notice the difference, trust me.

I had a roommate that ate the stuff before going to the gym(in 26 minutes) he said it was because it was concentrated with vitamins and protein. Guess he saved money doing it that way instead of buying the other kinds of supplements you see advertised

They have it all backwards. The baby food (which I would have never bought simply for the redundancy of its name)should continue being sold with small chunks of plastic in it. This way our young can begin developing a resistance to choking on plastic, much like vaccinations.

Knowledge is power, right? It's up to you to harness the power of that all-too-personal, erotic, vitamin-enriched nugget of information.

In my day, the average diaper had 2 lincoln logs, 54 small lego brick squares, and hundreds of little bb's.

With that theory maybe we can get small "choking hazard" toys back in Cracker Jacks and get Kinder Eggs sold in the US

My God, if we play our cards right in a couple generations we could be playing with Lawn Darts again!

I read that in a Steven Wright voice, and then wondered how I became so good at mimicking his voice.

/also thought I missed the joke

Killer idea. I'm thinking merger. Something with Legos. Indeed. It also creates a reward system.

Babies dying, how horrible!.....Oh, none have died or even gotten sick?

None of these plastic tainted jars of baby food have made it to market?

Save my children Nanny state!!! The big evil corporations are trying to poison them with platic....because that will really help sales....of children's food....by killing them.

Work for a pharma...it was initially reported the FDA found "garbage" in our drugs. Turns out they found less than the industry standard amount of "particulates that occur from the manufacturing process". Yet this becomes GARBAGE found in drugs!!!!

Company now has to spend tens of millions when they were already above the industry standard.

So there are a lot of Farkers on here with kids...how many of you have EVER FOUND PLASTIC IN YOUR KIDS FOOD?????

Are there any babies that DON'T thrive on small pieces of plastic? Watching my nephews grow up, I thought that was one of the six or seven basic baby food groups, along with bugs, dirt, dog food, and dusty M&Ms they found under the sofa.

I don't think we bought ten jars of baby food total when our kids were babies. Feed them food--whatever you are eating, minus the excess sugar & salt. Adjust the texture for their age, and get spoons into their hands as soon as they start to get the idea.

Some people are too freaking lazy to mash up a banana, yet they are still spoon-feeding a 2-year-old.

Rule #12 of the internet, save it and use it against him later.

FTA: The notices will advise customers who have bought the product not to eat it and to contact its careline to qualify for a refund.

I had to laugh. Are they referring to adults who eat baby food or babies who make shopping decisions?

When informed, Senator Kerry had a long face.
