I'm going to guess the grandma's kid is at fault in the divorce.
With a mom like that, you couldn't help but be screwed up as an adult.

I think the most informative line of the article is where it indicates that she is a 41-year-old grandmother.

2010-01-31 12:13:44 AM
Child endangerment? WTF, she should be charged with attempted murder.

2010-01-31 12:15:03 AM
Now maybe the parents will stay together because they have one thing in common: they thing the mother is an insane biatch who needs to be prosecuted.

2010-01-31 12:15:14 AM
Chilton is charged with one count of first-degree child endangerment.

Child endangerment? Child endangerment is if you leave a triple A battery where your baby can swallow it. This was f*cking attempted murder.

Crap, I total missed that. I'm guessing the grandkid had the most schooling out of everyone involved.

Maybe having a criminally batshiat mother-in-law was the reason for the divorce in the first place?

That was my thought as well. My second thought was, "Jesus, 41 y.o. grandma? Is that like in those Bowflex commercials?"

She has a kid at 20, her kid has the grandchild at 20.
Poof, a 41 yo grandmother.

Not optimal, but well within the normal range.

Maternal grandmother became one at 47 when my eldest cousin on that side was born, paternal grandmother became one at 50 when I was born.

By informative, I meant it answered my question, "Who would be both dumb and morally bankrupt enough to give warfarin to an infant in order to attempt to keep her child from getting a divorce?" And that answer was, "Someone who was also dumb enough to have a kid at 20 and then do such a poor job of instilling values in said kid that he/she is a divorced parent by the age of 21."

The electric chair is too nice. Let's make her an involuntary 6-liter blood donor. See how SHE likes it.
