They call it the "Piranha Pipeline". Whatever you do, don't wipe out, or those little fishies with the sharp, pointy teeth will enjoy Bountiful Brazilian Buffet. Yum.

I don't surf, I'm a flatlander landlocked in the middle of the great American Midwest and I gotta say -

That's pretty freaking cool.

What's this? What do Farkers have to do with surfing? Or extreme sports in general?

/confused

Afterwards, he celebrated by falling off his board and being quickly devoured by piranhas...

2003-04-12 01:09:57 PM
cool. water kind of gross though. Reminds me of a river in germany where after certain rains, it creates waves that you can ride in place.

Since surfing was brought up, there's a new demo clip for Step into Liquid using a new MS Media Player 9 HD codec that is fantastic. (Warning: A 120 Mb download and requires a fast computer to play.) It is in 1080P format. With this new Codec High Definition Video will fit on a Single DVD. Also a new release of T2 will include the HD Codec version on the DVD.

Hey, thank you very much, Anti_Freak_Machine! It is a link to an upcoming surfing movie by the guy who did Endless Summer 1 & 2. I remember watching Endless Summer in a small theater packed with surfers in Santa Barbara in the early '70s. The clip is in high definition and I thought those with broadband and a fast computer would be impressed by the quality of the video.
