I liked Joan best when she was friends with Boy George. Ever since her husband's death and the feud with Johnny Carson, she's been unbearable. The link was nice, but I'm not changing my mind.

I like Joan because she is completely self aware. She cracks on her own plastic appearance and such. Conan has some of that too. Lacking that is one of the reasons Leno has come off as such a douche in this whole thing.
