Well, this has been so much fun, I'm gonna read the whole thread over again. Aloud.

star_topology: Here's the question, when was the last time the two overall #1s played in the Super Bowl?

The last time the Colts won, Bears and Colts were both #1. The BCS works.

I just love how Favre's last pass as a packer likely cost us the super bowl, and his possible last pass as a viking also likely cost them the super bowl.

Heh.

TheManofPA: So, I guess the football gods have subtly shown their existance.

If that was true, Peyton and Eli would be spending the rest of their days licking Oreos instead of being fellated by the media

For the record, I was rooting for the Saints.

Not because I like the Saints.

Not because I hate Favre.

Not because I hate the Vikings.

But because I want to see Vikings fans suffer.

Thank you Brett Favre, Adrian Peterson, Percy Harvin, Brad Childress, and of course the New Orleans Saints! I am going to enjoy the next few days at work so much.

Overrated drug addict loses the game because he "plays like a kid" who rides the short bus. Next time jog forward to gain few yards loser, instead of throwing across your body down the middle. Please retire and go away.

Game just ended 2 minutes ago and there is at least 15 victory links in the que (and 1 Superbowl discussion thread) and more on the way.

That's either cool or just outright pathetic.

Great job, people.

Beat: THE REFS GAVE THAT OVERTIME AWAY

ABSOLUTELY!center>

But, if the Vikings didn't drop the ball half a dozen times and give it away, what, three or four times, perhaps the game wouldn't come down to bad ref calls during overtime.

It was their game to lose, and the Vikings lost it.

anonymous6494: Minnesota Vikings Super Bowl trophy case.

Exactly the same as the one in Philadelphia!

may the colts destroy the saints. to keep the order of the nfl intact

that is one good old boy owner.

dont touch it to long! youll loose !

2010-01-24 10:30:15 PM
The thing of it is that it's kind of bittersweet to see that scumbag Benson getting this trophy too. He pretty much had this team in San Antonio before the NFL pretty much marched the team back to New Orleans at gunpoint.

Payton was going to pass the trophy to someone else but he'll probably try three times to run it over to Brees and then kick it over to the Vikings endzone instead

"This city used to have holes in it, it used to be wet." - Payton

Can't make these lines up.
