Actually, libel actions are more likely the culprit. Since no official rules were broken and there (shouldn't) be any official action, the TA could easily take the station to court if her identity were known.

She shouldn't be fired for nakedness - she should be fired for stupidity. If someone else had taken the picture of her and spread it around without her permission, it is one thing. But to (a) knowingly have something like that on an insecure cell phone, and (b) leave that cell phone lying around a place like a school, shows a mental capacity of someone who is not worth employing, particularly in these tough times when teachers aids are a penny a dozen.
