The law targets photos or video that were obtained by invading someone's personal privacy, meaning on private property or in a moving vehicle.

Expectations of privacy change. A warrant for a house, probable cause for the car, no privacy at all if you are on a boat.

She's made entertainment magazines insufferable (or more than usual) with their constant pandering, "oh poor Jennifer can't find a good man." Maybe she's the one who is batshiat crazy, but heaven forbid we blame the cutesy, has-been actress for her relationship woes.

I suppose if she were still relevant as an actress I could see the publicity interest. It's just like listening to the homely friend of a friend go on and on about their sequential failed relationships and trying not to hurt her feelings when you realize she's part of the problem in that equation.

Any part of the vehicle or the contents of the vehicle that are in public view have no expectation of privacy, and therefore are open to photography by third parties.

This idiot law is going to turn into a photographers dream as they start filing lawsuits for infringements of their civil rights.

The plane spotting community had a huge problem with BS like this after 9/11. There are a lot of cops and security guards out there out of jobs now.

That pic has been modified to the point that it doesn't even look like her. I know it's from her GQ shoot, but it always looked like they just used pics of some other non-descript blonde.

I'll join the chorus and say 2020 will be long past me caring. Why would I give a damn about seeing some 50-plus year-old woman who used to be hot back in the 90's naked? In 2020 there will be a whole new crop of hot women in their twenties worth seeing naked!

Note to celebrities: We don't care about you, we care about your image. Once you're past your prime, you aren't worth the sexual fantasy (unless you're into that sort of thing, NTTAWWT). You are objects, nothing more. Not Human, not People, nothing but an image on a screen. You are disposable and are merely running out the clock before we replace you with the next young thing to come along. You are not and have never been special. Your success is due to circumstance, not "talent".
