Since there hasn't been an official Crazy Heart thread I'll take this opportunity to say again that Bridges is exceptional in Crazy Heart.

I've seen Iron Man three or four times now. And even knowing that he's the bad guy, I can't help but think he's a pretty stand-up guy for the first half of the movie.

I can't agree with this, however. According to Wikipedia, there are 260 uses of the word "f--k" in The Big Lebowski. Normally, I would find that tiring and unfunny, but the way that movie uses curse words is like a work of art by itself. It never gets old.

Here's something that made me laugh when someone pointed it out to me the other day: The Dude is known in the movie as being incredibly laid back, but one of the great things about the film is almost every scene finishes with him seething with anger.

The one failing I find in the movie is that the Dude is robbed of even the moral victory of getting a new rug.

I'm sure someone will say I'm missing some point, but I really would have liked to see him get that rug.
