Phil Herup: I voted against Kerry/Edwards and I am proud of it.

But not FOR the libertarians you claim to support and belong to.

I find it ironic that Phil, who had previously posted this:

I do not defend her so much as point out the cognitive dissonance of the liberals bashing her while not addressing.... make that ignoring , the massive weakness in leadership in the Obama administration.

Now uses his "I voted AGAINST Kerry/Edwards" (in other words, bashing Kerry/Edwards) to not address, make that ignore, the fact that a supposed libertarian did not vote FOR the libertarians.

Is this the attention you wanted when you decided to turn this thread into another episode of The Phil Show?

Bestbank Tiger: The biggest liar of the year is Obama for saying that under his health care plan medical decisions will be made by you and your doctor.

Yet he's going to force everyone to buy insurance with no public option to keep the private companies honest...which means you only get medical care if some bean counter says it's OK.

You really have no idea how the Federal Government and its checks and balances work at all do you, retard?

Phil Herup: Aschlafly: Why don't conservatives care about humour!?

I have a great sense of humor.

I can't believe the low brow crap that the libs laugh at.

Ha! You made me laugh...for once.

Tickle Mittens: Deadhouseplants: b0rscht: She, however, remains the uncontested dumbest twat of the year.

You apparently have never seen Jersey Shore, or know of Tila Tequila. For which, I envy you.

Put sarah the liar next to ptamds tila and judge their mental faculties against their respective usefulness and ambitions. I will note Tila just seems to want to be famous. Mission Accomplished. Sarah wants to be leader of the free world, and posibbly to chase the witches out of israel; then rebuld a temple.

My final evidence that Tila Tequila is smarter than Sarah the Liar is that our idea of her ignorance on important matters of the world is supposition. We presume that her views on the roots of terrorism and it's mitigation, global warming, alleviation of poverty, et al are insipid. We have our reasons, and they may be well founded in other things she has done, but she has not communicated her ideas on these weighty matters directly. She has wisdom enough to shut the fark up in this respect.

You say Tela Tequila, I say Kate Gosselin. I know Kate's looking for a job lately what with the whole divorce thing. She's a few years younger than Palin and therefore "hotter" (if you're an old shriveled-up white guy), and the Repubs will NEVER go for a racially mixed female. Plus, Kate has a whole litter of kids and hasn't quit any major political office. And she's been practicing with appearances and book tours.

Hell, Palin/Gosselin is sounding like a dream ticket. Americans love our celebs to hold public office...

You mean some of these douchebag baby boomers who have been sucking up all the system's resources since the word Go anyways? They would be the ones to die because some bean counter didn't say it was in the books? Sounds perfectly alright with me. Let some of these asshats start dying off. They're all the strain on the system anyways.

George Carlin nailed it. Drugs and Sex and Rock & Roll were perfectly fine for them when they were young adults, but now that they have kids of their own they don't want to share in the fun. They're still trying to dictate their will, make everything happen for them, because they're the ones in power.

/Boy howdy did I just piss off the old folks.

It is equally likely a Kerry victory would have been even worse. You are both being intellectually dishonest in holding Bush 100% responsible.

So, Bush for a second term after such a disastrous term was better. Excuse me if I find your thought processes to be a little...farked up.

Phil was here when I went from active to lurking about a year ago ... and he was saying the same dumb crap. I guess a year hasn't made him any smarter :) The scary thing is, I haven't seen him win a single point on any argument, in all that time. You have to admire his ... okay, maybe admire isn't the right word ... you have to note his devotion to what he does.

But seriously, why even bother to claim to be a Libertarian even once if you're going to vote Repulican anyway? You are a posterboy for why this country can't have a viable third party. As soon as you feel the slightest fear you abort your vote like a trailer park meth whore who stays with the guy who's beating her because if she leaves him the next guy might beat her worse.

Tell us more about the imaginary land of Candy Canes, Planes, and Bright Red Choo-Choo Trains in your head, Phil.

I love when libertarians conservatives pull Imaginary Land to compare to reality. Sure, Gore wasn't in power during 9/11 but he would handled it worse than Bush -- the guy who abandoned Afghanistan for Iraq. Sure, Kerry wasn't in power from 2004 - 2008, but he would have made it worse than Bush -- the guy who created a horrible recession during that time.

In all seriousness, I know you believe you have been right the whole time. And I'm sorry for that. I know there's nothing I can do to fix your problem, because we've already buried you under a mountain of information and you ignore it. *shrug*

I'm going back to lurking in a few days, and you'll have one less person to argue with. But that won't make you any less wrong Phil. And you are wrong, pretty much all the time.

I don't know how you can go from being a libertarian who voted for Bush for economic reasons that turned out to be bad, but were better than the imaginary economic problems you blamed on the imaginary President Kerry to being always right.

You need many, many years of therapy. You're bordering on the schizophrenic. Delusions of grandeur, persecution, magical thinking. In ten years, if you're not on clozapine, then the system has failed you.

Awwwwwwwwww, did I hurt your widdwe bitty feewings by questioning the One?

Obama could have come out and said the Senate bill was unacceptable. The executive branch routinely kills legislation with a veto threat. W did it with the Baker Bill, Haley Barbour has done it with tax cuts, etc.

Plus your lame attempt at a civics lesson doesn't change the fact that he continues making promises about the bill that are clearly false.

Sure Kate is shrill enough. But I forsee two major problems with her joining a Palin ticket. 1. She might not be a complete hypocrite which may disqualify her from a leadership position in the Republican party. 2. With 8 kids, she seems to mostly finish what she starts.
