Oh yeah--weapon. I've got a cousin doing two years right now for getting drunk and waving a gun at his wife.

I doubt he was going to shoot her, but who knows--it's not the first time somebody in the family decided that guns and alcohol went together well. The police just never agree with them.

I guess he decided rather than dying himself, he'd try to make 2009's memorable list by finally killing his career. No one would care if he was involved in (another) sex scandal.
