No dummy the song is.

"A corpse is a corpse of course of course,
and nobody can talk with a corpse of course,
unless of course that corpse is the famous Mr. Dead."

Or for you D&D freaks
"A corpse is a corpse of course of course,
and nobody can talk to a corpse of course,
unless of course they have that famous spell Speak With Dead."

She was the main reason to watch the show back then for us teen boys.

Recently was watching a Perry Mason DVD. She did one episode and I was shocked that I recognized her right off after lo, these many years.

Jamdug!: Please god, no more RIP_______ memes!

Ha HA. I put over 80 Farkers on ignore in disgust of that meme in the Brittney Murphy thread and the next celebrity death thread has only 19 replies. Oh wait, there was still someone alive from that show?
This may not mean what I thought it meant. I'll wait for the next Amy Winehouse thread to see if my actions actually had decent results.

Wow. You put 80 people on ignore because they have a dissimilar sense of humor, rather than post content?

Don't ever venture into the politics tab or TFD, whatever you do.

She was a cute little number in her day. RIP.

Her character's name in the original Mr. Ed stories was Carlotta. I guess that was too ethnic for TV in the early 60s. The Mr. Ed stories were written by Walter R. Brooks and mostly published in the Saturday Evening Post.

The stories were kind of racy. I remember one where Mr. Ed painted little nudes on a landscape painting Wilbur had done for a contest. When the judges took the cover off the painting, hilarity ensued. We never saw that story on TV.

Brooks also wrote the Freddie The Pig books. which I loved. So it looks like Brooks was the kind of guy who had one good idea (talking animals) and ran with it all the way to the bank.

Um, no. Humor is subjective. I happen to find browsing Dead celebrity threads for said humor, information, insight, and in some cases entertaining photos enjoyable. However when the RIP cancer starts spreading it soon infects about 25% of a 10 page paginated thread that makes load time and mouse wheel management more of a pain then it's worth. I've never put anyone on ignore in over 6 years of surfing fark until this ridiculous of topic thread jacking meme began. Now commence with the lighten up francis meme and a couple of off topic RIP picks for the typical response to any critique of that thread killer.

ununcle: 10 page paginated thread

1) My Fark
2) Comment viewing mode: Multiple pages, with 1000 comments per page
3) ?????
4) No more pagination for 99% of threads.

ununcle: load time

Sorry, can't help you with that one. I'm only pulling down 2 megs but I haven't had any problems.
