My apartment has blinds in every window, I was worried about my cat doing something like this... so I wrap the cord around the top of the blinds loosely where she can't get to it, and if she climbs up there to hang herself Darwin can have her.

It's almost like I care about my cat more than they cared about their kid...

Superglue is perfectly safe to put in your eyes, in fact they use an expensive type of it if you have eye surgery. If you get stitches they will close the outside of the wound with superglue.

I don't blame the chick for getting this emotional and needing something to externalize the blame on to get through life after this horrific thing happened. It's totally understandable she'd go on some crusade. How's about blaming whoever allowed this recall to occur instead? All it's about is picking up a retrofit kit anyway, which if these things can be retrofitted to safety why the hell not do it if you have kids?

We need to recall all wooden stairs because if you fell (like toddlers do a lot) they could crack their head open! Also, window sills, they should also have rounded or padded edges!

My son played with the cords on our window blinds. After I smacked his ass a few times he never touched them again.

Obviously, beating your child prevents their death.
