I have a job, but I'm glad to hear it. Of course, there's probably more Spongebob out there already than I'll ever see, but so what?

I'M READY!

I love Spongebob Squarepants. Its a rare animated show that both my daughter and I have both enjoyed for years together. The only difference is as shes grown up we tend to laugh in the same places now.

My mother and I had a similar experience with Pinky and the Brain. She would remind me it was on after school.

Anyone who doesnt enjoy Spongebob Squarepants NEEDS to see the movie.

As a father of (almost) 2 year old twins...I have to say that show is pretty damn funny. I can watch that (and Yo Gabba Gabba) and not feel bored.

Sweet. Spongebob viewings in my house usually go like this:

Me: LOLing at something
6 y/o daughter: "What? Why are you laughing?"

As a jobless alcoholic, I appreciate Spongebob as well. Even if everyone else in the room mocks me when I turn it on.

Please, Nick, for the love of God, air the episodes on a regular basis.

No waiting 6 months and then 36 in one day. And then waiting another 6 months.

/Icarly is, for the first time in YEARS, the first show to air on a near-regular basis in the same day and slot.
//Please do the same for Spongebob.
///This is why all the half-decent nick shows disappear in 3 years. Nobody knows WTF they're on!

You know your kids watch ALOT of Spongebob when their fave swear word is 'tartan sauce'.

/yes, they think its a bad word
//not going to correct them

Spongebob saved a kid.

When I was an EMT a while back, we were called to a car accident. People were really hurt except one kid we couldn't tell. No outer marks but he wouldn't talk. Just sat and stared. Wouldn't give us his name or anything.
Then one of the EMT's went over to him and said, "Hey, who lives in a Pineapple under the sea?"
It was like a switch went on. He looked over and said, "Spongebob Squarepants." and began telling us what happened.

/my story, bro

That show is wonderful.

I'm 37, employed and enjoy thc. Spongebob has been a favourite of mine since it started. My cat attacks my talking SB doll for some strange reason.

Spongebob is really surprisingly good. Even when you aren't stoned. It's in the top three best kids shows I've seen, not counting the ones around when I was a kid.

/They are Courage the Cowardly Dog (which is more an exercise in surrealism than comedy IMO), The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy (which is mainly about making references kids have no chance of getting IMX), and Spongebob Squarepants (which is genuinely entertaining for all ages).
//And, of course, they are better if you are stoned.
