I'll give you the +1 but only because this headline helps me remember Joe Nuxhall and think back to Marty Brennamen this year with Cowboy talk shiat for two or three days about the guy who asked about the word 'lisp' during the bananaphone.

God I love baseball.

Bananas are going extinct anyway, and I fear that this will only further accelerate the process of extinction.

What a sad, poorly thought out decision, but I almost see this as being retaliation on the part of the British, hoping to destroy the entire banana industry. Time will tell if this is truly an insidious trap.

I think if you peel back the reasoning for the tariff you've now created a slippery slope for other babana producing countries, possible opening a can of worms... Wait, that didn't end how I was hoping...

On a stop light green means go, red means stop and yellow means slow down, but on a banana it's just the opposite. Green means 'hold on,' yellow means 'go ahead,' and red means, 'where the f*** did you get that banana at?'

Latin America will be subject to lower EU import tariffs
Africa and the Caribbean, who pay no tariff.

I'm surprised they lowered L.America tariffs and didn't instead jsut raise Africa and Caribbean tariffs and make more money.
