I think the word you're looking for is inadvertently.

Love me some Brad Paisley. Kellie Pickler, not so much. I have a feeling that Brad is being used by his record label as a launchpad for new artists, though. Taylor Swift used to sing backup for him, and now Kellie is an American Idol winner...

Is this really worth the FAIL tag? I mean, I understand that there are times when it is necessary, but this isn't one of them.

2009-12-14 12:12:23 AM
The fail is for the three post already and no boobies

Saw her in a restaurant while she was on AI, and in seconds it was obvious the stupid rolls off her in waves. It was really kind of amazing.

Did he do this like a year ago? Because it seems like it's been at least that long that I've been hearing comments about her boob job.

Don't care much for her but still get a kick out of mocking her version of "Bohemian Rhapsody" so it's all good.

2009-12-14 01:15:38 AM
Uh, seriously? You'd have to be as dumb as a brass knocker for this to be news. Ryan Seacrest was busting on her when she came back to American Idol. Even Paula Abdul was racking her brain to come up with a comment about Pickler's recent additions.

I've never understood the hollywood taboo about body modification. they all do it, but they don't talk about it. breast implants, collagen injections, face lift, nose job, ass cheek implants, botox, you name it they do it. half of hollywood is more artificial than organic. And yet, they consider it a mortal sin to talk about their plastic surgery.

weird.

I wish, I so wish I could give a shiat. I don't even know who Brad Paisley is, and the only reason I know about Kelly Pickler is because I got roped into having to watch American Idol for a while.

I remember 3 things about her: She was the dumb hick who Simon had a mad crush on (the on-air flirting was gross), she was one of the worst singers to make it into the top 10, and she has a funny last name.

testaclese: Saw her in a restaurant while she was on AI, and in seconds it was obvious the stupid rolls off her in waves. It was really kind of amazing.

If she's who I think she is, then I saw her on Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader and it was both painful and hilarious.

I love how people always say things like they were "roped into watching American Idol". That is such a farking load of shiat. You wanted to see what the hype was and you got hooked. Just farking admit it. Why the hell is it so hard for Farkers to just come out and admit what they find entertaining? If you like something, just farking watch it. fark these people and what they think. Also, I find the act of pretending not to know who a certain celebrity is, hilarious. Don't worry people, Farkers don't know where you live. You're allowed to keep up with pop culture.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to rip the new Creed CD to my trendy iPod and get ready for work.

2009-12-14 07:30:15 AM
Who are these people again? And why should I care?

I'd eat Kellie Picker's respective excrement.

/That is all.

So, just to fill you in, subby, Paisley is literally one of the best guitar players to hit the charts of all time, particularly in the genre of country music. He has 9 (soon to be 10) straight number 1 hits.

Look him up. his playing is literally insane.

NeauxFear: ...Kellie is an American Idol winner

That must have been the evil anti-Idol you were watching, where everybody had goatees. Taylor Hicks won during the season Kellie was on.

Taylor Hicks... hmm, maybe this side was the evil side.

"Paisley is literally one of the best guitar players to hit the charts of all time... Look him up. his playing is literally insane."

Yes, indeed. If he weren't a singer, he would be a monster studio player. He has a ridiculous amount of skill & talent on the guitar.

Literally? Like he smears his own feces on the neck while wacking the strings with his penis, pouring gravy on his pedals and screaming, "The green policemen stole my thoughts! Doggy gonna get apple sauce! Highlighters in my rectum!"

No, that's Les Claypool you're thinking of

HAHAHA! Go ahead and try that sometime. Don't say I didn't warn you though. Some people take offense to that kind of thing. Seriously, if the old folks home wanted a "traditional" Easter Bunny, they should have told me before I arrived.

Why is that last part insane? Where else would you keep highlighters?

What is the adverb form of douche bag? Because I don't think inadvertently properly describes this behavior.

"She had to walk out onstage to it (the photos)."

That's a real dick move there, Brad. You are no gentleman.

/Not a Pickler fan, but that is unacceptable behavior.

I don't think a slideshow of before and after pictures highlighting the change underwent by her goods projected on a giant screen at a publicly attended concert can be construed as an inadvertent action.

Indeed, he should have been a man about it and said into the mic: "how about a big hand for Kellie and them big ol' fake tittys to warm you all up!"

I clicked on the last linky. I don't know what was more funny - Foxworthy railing her and she doesn't realize it or the kid that knows the answer with a big smirk on his face. Jeez, good thing brains aren't a requirement to be a manufactured pop star.

She had some extra money, she wanted to buy time
her friends said it was dangerous, but could not change her mind.
she did it for her mirror, for her oceans, summer sand
she just laid down to that scalpel that was held in the surgeons hand.

She got a boob-job, SHE GOT A WHAT?
A boob-job. No? Yeah?
put a pad of sillicone up against her breast bone.
treat her like a man made thing.

Now the surgeons will try to tell you that the world will love you better,
if you let them cut your body put those mounds inside your sweater.
think of the investment and how long those things will last,
It's like, silicone is permenant, even after you have passed.
when the rest off you is fading in some box under some stone
yeah you'll still have that Silly-cone, balanced on your bone.

Nah, Brad's tours are notorious for the pranks the artists play on each other. It just so happens to be *his* tour.

Hehehe, I don't even watch it. I just remember hearing she was on it, and assumed she had to have won...although I'm not sure I can say she lost if she still got a recording contract out of it. Crying all the way to the bank, etc...

If you say so, but it's mean to pick on her. She has no way to defend herself. She is not that ight-bray.

I really want to like Paisley because he's such a great guitarist, but I got one of his albums and the bland songwriting and squeaky-clean production just ruined it.

Check out his album Play. It's mostly instrumental, and it kicks all sorts of ass.

Steve Martin is going to be upset about Brad Paisley checking out another girl since Brad is married to Steve's daughter.

I agree, but I got over it. There are quite a few great songs in his collection. Two Feet of Topsoil, The Best Thing That I Had Going, Catch All the Fish, Mud On the Tires, Make A Mistake, Some Mistakes, and even in the terrible songs, his singing and playing are top notch.

I want very badly for him to make a dirty album, possibly get T-Bone Burnett to produce, as well as make a bluegrass album. I'll totally agree that he doesn't need to put a spit shine on everything, but it is what it is. It's sort of like finding a way to enjoy modern jazz, or any other genre with which I have a hard time connecting. Paisley's playing and his band's performance is generally worth listening to, even though it's a bit bright and far too clean.

He'll dirty it up when he gets older.

His playing is decent but not very mind blowing. He didn't even really show off his skills in the entire video MizzouGuy linked, just some noodling here and there with more towards the end. His songs aren't the most creative either, still filled with alot of the bland cliches that have infested country music for the past few decades. Seriously, country music is in a deep creative rut right now, and his "Aww shucks, I'm a simple country boy, god bless america" persona aint helping, no matter how good he plays.

Bland cliches that have infected country LATELY? Are you serious? How much 40s-60s country music do you listen to?
