I love The Vines (saw them a week ago with The Music), but the Kittens doing The White Stripes if far better. Besides, The Vines don't have a "lead singer." The singer is also the guitarist.

Let me clarify: I have nothing against lawyers in general (at least nothing more than anyone else. Heehee) but we have a real problem in this country these days with frivilous lawsuits and useless litigation. It seems what happens is that following the rash of dumbasses burning themselves with coffee or misusing their lawnmowers, any major corporation (and even not so major ones) need to keep a phalanx of lawyers on hand just to defend themselves from stupid amd/or greedy people trying to score a quick buck. Of course, these cases may not come along very often. There may just be one action a year brought against X company. So apparently until another asshat sues the X company, the lawyers have nothing to do but surf the web and try and make themselves useful. And sooner or later they find that some 9 year old has a website with a domain name that the company wishes they'd registered or something, and hey it's time to file another lawsuit.
