Gibraltar is kinda like Puerto Rico. While it's largely self-governing, it's a territory rather than a sovereign state.

The article said something to the effect, "she rocked the swimsuit competition". Well, I decided to check the slideshow. It goes up to 96 or so. I got up to the high 30's before I gave up. Where's the farken swimsuit photos, that's all the fark I want to see.

And for those complaining about the "it's a territory, not a country," let's also state that the Judges and commitee members obviously felt that it was it's own country enough to qualify as allowing the winner to enter in the first place, so the argument is moot.
