because when i think of super-abilities that would aid in the meticulous world of forensic science, the first thing that comes to mind is the ability to run fast.

Lord knows the Keystone cops could use all the help they can get.

But wait! There's more! He can also take energy from the very power of speed and make clothes out of it. Yes. Flash makes his pants out of GOES FAST. The man is so fast he can make Flash pants that GOES FAST go right into. I don't even start to understand the physics of that but basically SPEED == REALLY TIGHT UNDERWEAR AND COOL LIGHTNING THINGIES OVER THE EAR. You would think this is the end of it but ok let's say Flash is fighting Superman and shiat he's going to lose and fark how is Superman THIS farking strong? I don't know he must be Superman fused with Batman into some sort of guy with tons of plans on how to punch you far harder than anyone else ok to end it off the Flash can GO BACK OR FORWARD IN TIME ON COMMAND.

Oh, I just wiki'ed it. Guess that tells you hold long it's been since I've read a DC comic.

I do not understand the YEAH with the sunglasses guy.

I suspect it might be funny.

Wary.

CRTFA at work, but in John's defense it was established back in the 60's that Barry Allen was a forensic scientist long, long before it was cool.

/Because if it was cool back then, I assure you Barry Allen would never have been involved in it.
//Tom Vs. The Flash ftw.

Man, I TRIED reading the latest Flash and just couldn't do it.
It's like X-Men. Too many characters I know little about.

There's too many other great books out there to have to TRY and like something.
Beasts of Burden
Die Hard (which better start picking up the pace)
Deadpool
Deadpool Team-ups
Deadpool: Merc with a mouth
BPRD
Hellboy
JLA: Cry for Justice

John's can pretty much do no wrong at this point (Sinestro Corps War/Blackest Night some of the best most cohesive huge comic events ever) and while I hated the first part of Flash: Rebirth (yeah, Barry Allen is the flash again) the last two issues have taken it above and beyond awesome and I am excited to see where he goes with this.

Came for one liner comic, leaving mostly disappointed. Nicely done however Tenebreux.

It's like the limerick headlines where the idea is good, but the execution is off.

I softened on Rebirth after it brought back Max Mercury.

I still want Barry dead and buried, though.

I think Geoff Johns is great, but does anyone need more 'CSI' style comparable entertainment?

The last comic book that was based on the police procedural shows was a damn good comic.

If this Flash CSI comic is half as good as Gotham Central was, it'll be a great comic.

I love that we got 3 sunglasses jokes in one.
1) The Fark headline
2) The end line in TFA
3) the photoshop done to the linked article

Well this isn't some sudden development - when Barry was first created in 61 he was a "police scientist" - a CSI back then.

Yes he was. But besides the chemicals in his lab being the reason he got his speed, his job rarely, if ever, had a single thing to do with his stories.

So, Flash CSI is a new idea, and a new take on the character who should be dead and never used again.

I think that you're right to disparage.
Those headlines are quite the miscarriage.
I hereby propose,
They should all be in prose,
and the limericks left to MaxxLar... age.
