The only 'sexy' parts of the book I can remember is the aforementioned scene where the Horcrux abuses Ron's fear, the scene at the very beginning where something Hermione said could be misconstrued as a BJ reference (and it apparently is by Ron), and of course, the scene at the Burrow before the three leave, where Ginny basically implies that she wants to give it up to Harry before he leaves, in case something happens to either of them.

So-called "virtual" child pornography (which this hypothetical scene would be because the actors are over 18, which may not even be an issue if their characters in their final year of school are also depicted as being 18) was once banned in the U.S. but the Supreme Court overturned the ban on First Amendment grounds. Congress then passed a new law that says the material must also be legally obscene, because obscenity is not protected. Although this had a practical effect of expanding what media are prosecuted (for example explicit comic books that would draw no attention if they depicted adult characters), there's no way a Harry Potter film would be explicit enough to be be judged to lack serious artistic and literary value requisite to being found obscene.

So no problem.

There were several parts in the book where we'd see him nude. They potion up at the very beginning and so there is a kitchen full of nude Harry's.

He is nude in limbo at the end.

He is nude when he dives in for the sword.

There are other parts, just pointing out that he was actually naked quite a bit in the book.

Actually, another scene has been added, with Harry & Hermione having a dance in the tent (during the never-ending camping trip, which does end, oddly enough). This is probably to add to Ron's suspiscions that Harry & Hermione might be getting closer than Ron would like. Something that never entered my mind when I read the books until the locket-destroying scene.
