I was going to say that basically HIV is the one sexual ramification that has no cure, no treatment allowing for normal sexual relations with the uninfected, and no inexpensive treatment leading to a normal life. The only treatments allowing for something close to a normal life are expensive. By contrast, basically every other STD or ramification of sex can be cured, inexpensively treated and managed to be reasonably non-communicable in sex, aborted, or put up for adoption.
